    A one course meal. I add fresh vegetables and chopped tomatoes. I use Toor dal - pigeon-pea lentils. I omit the garlic and add chilly powder and garam masala for flavour. Just two tsp of ghee to brown the onion and cook it all in the pressure cooker, so the fat is less for cooking than for taste. - 7/14/11
