WW Friendly (4pt) Ramen Noodle Cole Slaw

Ingredients
2 bags coleslaw (I like Fresh Express tri-color)2 pkgs Ramen Noodle Chicken Soup Packages (*set flavor packs aside for dressing!)4 Green Onions1/4 c. Sunflower Seeds (no shells)1/2 c. Slivered Almonds4 tbsp sugar6 bsp White Vinegar1/2 c. Extra light olive oil
Directions
Big Bowl:
mix 2 bags of cole slaw
2 pkgs of ramen noodles, uncooked, broke into sm. pieces
4 green onions, chopped
1/4c sunflower seed kernals
1/2 c slivered almonds

Measuring cup:
2 flavor packets from Ramen Noodle pkgs
4 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 c extra light olive oil (can sub canola or veg)

Mix nuts,veggies,noodles and slaw in big bowl
Mix liquids and powders in meas cup, pour over top, toss together. Serve! EASY!!!!
