Ingredients
chicken breast, no skin, no bones (0.5 breast); carrot (1 large) cut into cubes; parsnip (1 parsnip) cut into cubes; turnips (1 large) cut into cubes; ; 1/2 cup parsley cut into cubs and some dried or fresh springs; a dash of salt.
Directions
put water to boil (abt 1.5 liters or 6 cups); when it boils add all the ingredients. boil until the chicken is done. serve hot. makes 2 servings (abt 2 big soup bowls).
