Rhubarb Krisp

Ingredients
2/3 cup Butter, softened1/2 cup Powdered Sugar1 1/2 cups Flour3 Eggs1 1/2 cups Sugar1/2 cup Flour1 tsp Baking Powder5 cups Rhubarb, diced
Directions
Mix butter, powdered sugar and flour together. Pat in bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Mix together eggs, sugar, flour, and baking powder. Add diced rhubard, pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

Enjoy warm with vanilla ice cream (not included in calorie count).
