Sinless blueberry smoothie

Ingredients
1 green tea bag1/4 cup pomegranate juice1/2 cup blueberries, frozen and unsweetened1 tbsp honey1/4 avocado (optional)
Directions
Steep tea bag in 1/2 cup water for two minutes and allow to cool. Put remaining ingredients in the blender and blend. Add tea and blend.

Makes 1 tall glass of approximately 1 serving.
