Lime-Crab Bisque

Ingredients
4 limes, zested and juiced3 c corn kernels (frozen)1/2 chipotle chile in adobo sauce, seeded, plus 1 Tbl adobo sauce4 c low-sodium chicken broth1/2 tsp salt, divided1 avocado, pitted and diced1/4 c packed, chopped cilantro1/2 tsp crushed cumin seed4 oz tortilla chips or strips (optional)
Directions
Reserve 1 Tbl lime juice. Blend remaining lime juice, zest, corn kernels, chile, adobo sauce, broth, and 1/4 tsp salt in a blender until smooth. Divide soup among 4 bowls. Toss crabmeat, avocado, cilantro, cumin seeds, reserved lime juice and remaining 1/4 tsp salt in a bowl. Sprinkle soup with crab mixture and serve with tortilla chips if desired.
