Meatloaf Finally

Ingredients
11 oz. onions finely mincedone tea. canola oil1 tea. cumin1 tea. mustard powder.5 tea. allspice.5 tea. thyme1 tea. hot sauce (Tabasco etc.).5 tea. salt.5 tea. no salt (potassium or salt sub.)1 tea. Worcestershire (I make my own)2 lbs ground extra lean beef1 lb. ground white meat turkey4 egg whites1/4 c fine bread crumb's (gluten free)1/4 c flaxseed meal
Directions
saute the onion in oil until translucent (add water if too dry) Add the dry fine bread crumbs. (I used my own gluten free pounded fine). Add the measured seasonings. Mix very well. Stir and set aside. add the two meats and egg whites. Mix together very well but not enough to toughen the meat. Add the flax-meal it should not be sticky at this point. Make a loaf. In a shallow pan (with a rack if possible). Start in a hot oven of about 400 degrees. When you smell it, about 15 mins. turn down the heat to 350 degrees. Cook at least one hour until the internal temp. is 155 degrees. (plug the hole you made with the thermometer with any food that will stop the juice from flowing) Let sit and carve in about 15 mins. Serve with you favorite sauce.
