10 Minute Banana Bread

Ingredients
4 Tbs butter (softened)2 Eggs3 Ripe Bananas2/3 Cups sugar1 1/3 Cup flour3/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)1 Tbs vanilla
Directions
Mash bananas and combine with: Butter, eggs, and sugar.

In another bowl, combine: Flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla.

Combine both mixtures together.

Pour into a greased baking pan. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.

    This stuff is really good! I would have given it a 5 star but it really is not a diet recipe. However it is moist and flavorful and really good. The recipe did not add nuts but I'm sure it would be great with them. - 6/20/10
