turkey burger soup

Ingredients
1.5 cups ground turkey28 oz canned diced tomatoes4 cups chicken broth4 cups water2 cups chopped greens1 onion chopped2 stalks celery1 green pepper1 zucchini2 carrots
Directions
brown turkey & drain any fat
add onion, pepers,celery, carrot cook 5 minutes
add the rest of the ingredients and simmer
amounts and veggies are a personal preference.
add any seasonings I like an italian blend

    this is a very tasty soup- and quite healthy! I added my own spices (cimin, paprika and Italian Seasonings) along iwth a can of corn. I brought it into work and shared it with a co-worker, who also really liked it. - 4/8/08
