dough2.25 tsp dry yeast1 c. water (luke warm)1 tsp. salt1tsp. sugar2 Tbs. olive oil2 c. flour1 c. whole wheat floursauce1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes1 can (6 oz) tomato paste1 tsp. basil, dry1 tsp. oregano, dry1 clove garlic4 c. mozzerella cheese, shredded
Mix yeast, water, sugar, salt, and olive oil in large bowl. Add flour one cup at a time stirring until moistened. Knead dough until a smooth ball is formed. Cover with towel and place in warm oven to rise. Meanwhile, place ingredients for sauce in food processor. Process until smooth. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Divide dough into two parts and spread onto pizza pans sprayed with Pam. Divide sauce and spread over dough. Sprinkle two cups of cheese onto each pizza. Bake pizzas 12-15 minutes, until cheese is lightly browned. Allow to cool 5-10 minutes before cutting with a pizza cutter. Cut each pizza into eight pieces. Total pieces 16. Serving size 1 piece.
