Ingredients
* Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cup, unthawed * Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) * Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped * Oats, 1 cup * Milk, 2%, 2 cup * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp * Nutmeg, ground, .5 tbsp
Directions
Just put these ingredients in the blender, cover, and blend until creamy. Enjoy with a spoon or just drink it if you have patience. It's a little on the thick side.
