Ingredients
2 Cream Cheese blocks, low fat2 eggsSplenda, 1 cup12 Vanilla Wafers, lower fat1 Tbspoon of VanillaFresh Fruit Topping
Directions
Put 12 cupcake liners in a cupcake pan. Put wafer in the bottom of each cupcake holder. Blend Cream cheese, eggs, splenda, vanilla together. Pour onto wafer cup. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes. Top with fresh fruit, strawberries, cherries, blueberries.

    I made this today and these little beauties are DELICIOUS! So creamy. I much rather have one of these then a regular piece of cheesecake. The only thing I did was cut the Splenda in half because I do not like really sweet things. - 12/4/10

    They're ok. I think they're too sweet and you can taste the Splenda, which I normally don't mind, but this is a little too much. - 7/22/09
