Ground Sirloin Burgers

Ingredients
6 oz ground sirloin3 cloves garlic finely chopped1/2 shallot finely chopped1/4 red bell pepper finely chopped1/8 c southwestern style egg beaters1 tbsp italian seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Divide into two sections and make patties. Grill or fry for 4-5 min. on each side over med heat. Makes two servings. Garnish with veggies and cheese.
