Ingredients
2 cups choped tomatoes, large1/2 red onion chopped2 Tbsp chopped cilantro1 tsp red pepper flakespinch of dried oregano1 tsp salt
Directions
Mix everything together and chill for a few hours. Serve with chicken, beef for tacos or over cooked meat. Also can be served with chips.

    To reduce the sodium content use French's "No Salt" which also boost your Potassium intake. - 7/14/09
