Grilled Zucchini w/ Basil

Ingredients
3 cups of sliced Zucchini3 tbsps of Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 cup chopped onion (more or less to taste)1 tbsp of fresh Basil (Dried Basil can be substituted)
Directions
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until Basil and Oil coat the Zucchini. Pour into grill pan and grill for approx 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
(This can also be done in a saute pan over Med-High heat on the stovetop.)
Makes 4 servings, 3/4 cup each
