Spinach and Beef Lasagne

Ingredients
Spinach, fresh, 3 package (10 oz) Ground beef, lean, 16 oz Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 2 cup (not packed)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup Tomato Sauce, 1 cup Canned Tomatoes, 3.5 cup Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 16 oz Garlic, 8 cloves Basil, 2 tbsp Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp Salt, 2 tsp Pepper, black, 2 tsp Garlic powder, 2 tsp Onion powder, 2 tsp
Directions
Cook spinach, drain
cook noodles, drain
Cook beef with garlic, drain. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper, cook to reduce lightly
Mix spinach with cottage cheese & 1/4c parmesan. In 9x13 casserole, layer noodles, spinach, beef, shredded cheese, noodles, spinach, beef, shredded cheese, noodles, beef, cheese, top with remaining parmesan. Bake at 350 for about 45 mins. Let stand 10 minutes.
