Creamy Cucumber Avocado Soup

Ingredients
2 cucumbers, peeled and seeded1/2 Haas avocado1 cup chicken broth1 cup of Greek yogurt1 tsp dried dill1 oz fresh lemon juicesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Peel and seed cucumbers. Halve avocado, peel half.
Rough chopped the vegetables place in blender. Add chicken stock and yogurt. Pulse then purewe to desired consistency. Add dill, salt, pepper and lemon juice, pulse to blend. Taste, adjuist seasonings. Makes 4 one cup servings.
