Open Ranch Burger

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef1/2 small onion, chopped1/4 cup milk1/2 tsp saltdash of peppersliced breadcatsup or BBQ sauce
Directions
Combine beef, onion, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well. Toast about 10 slices of bread in a toaster. Cover pieces of toast with coating of the beef mixture. Be sure to spread the beef over the edges of the toast. Broil in oven for 10 minutes or till beef is cooked.
Top with catsup or BBQ sauce.

Makes approximately 5 servings -- 2 hot open sandwiches per person
