Ingredients
Whole Wheat English MuffinEggsFresh tomatoesCured ham (optional)Salt and pepper (optional)
Directions
Split english muffin in half placing on a baking sheet with the split side up. Slice the fresh tomato .5" thick and place on top of muffin half. Carefully top with the fresh egg, add pepper and salt if desired. Place in oven for 5-7 minutes, depending on individual doneness preference. Makes one regular or two small servings (calorie count based on two servings.)
