Tomato Bisque

Ingredients
28 oz can of crushed tomatoes2 cups water1 cup onion chopped fine1 clove garlic minced2 tbls fresh basil chopped.5 cup half and halfolive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in Olive Oil. Once the onion is tender, add tomatoes and water. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add basil and half and half. Salt and Pepper to taste. Let simmer for just another minute and serve!
