Jean's Quick Egg and Potato Breakfast

Ingredients
2 eggsSimply Potatoes - Diced with OnionBacon BitsShredded Cheddar CheeseMrs. Dash
Directions
In a small microwavable bowl, beat 2 eggs with the milk. Meanwhile cook Simply Potatoes according to the directions. Once the potatoes are cooked, let them cool, and then mix just about 1 cup into the eggs, sprinkle on Mrs. Dash or what ever seasoning you would like. Top with Cheese. You can then either microwave it now or put it in the frig and cook it in the morning. It takes about 2-3 minutes in the microwave.
This make 1 serving.
