Ingredients
1 cup of chopped onion3 cloves of chopped garlic1 cup of chopped celery1 cup of chopped carrots1 head of chopped cabbage1 summer squash cut1 zucchini cut.5 cup of chopped mushrooms1 cup of snap beans1 can of tomatoes1 packet of mushroom and onion soup mix4 cups of water1 large can of v8
Directions
cut onion and garlic saute with Pam spray in soup pot. Add chopped celery and carrots with onion and garlic saute for 5 minutes together. Add 4 cups of water and packet of mushroom and onion soup mix (can use just onion soup mix). Turn stove to medium heat. Add cut cabbage, summer squash, zucchini, chopped mushrooms, beans, tomatoes, and large can of v8 juice. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Serve and eat.
