1/4 cup lentels2 Tb brown rice1 Tb barley1 tsp cracked wheat1 bay leaf 1/4 tsp cardamon seeds 1/4 onion sliced water to cover dash of cinnamon and cloves
Directions
place all grains and spices in pan with water to cover and cook 30 minutes until grains are cooked makes 5 1/2 cup servings
