pasta with peppers and mushrooms

Ingredients
16 oz. uncooked pasta1 whole red bell pepper, sliced1 whole green bell pepper, slice2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped8 oz.. fresh mushrooms, sliced1 clove garlic crushed1/2 cup percurino romano cheese
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile saute peppers, basil, mushrooms, and garlic until tender.

When pasta is done, drain and add peppers, basil, mushrooms, and garlic and mix well. Add the romano cheese and mix well. Sprinkle romano cheese on top for garnish.

    LOVE IT..used Basil from spices, about 2 tsp. Used Gluten free Spiral Noodles...and Parmesan cheese....adjusted recipe nutrients..will certainly have again!! Don't leave out the basil because it's the best part!!! - 1/11/10
