Ingredients
1 pound lean ground turkey1 Cup white beansSeason to taste
Directions
Thaw out a pound of the turkey breast. Measure out 1 cup of white beans and mash thoroughly. Mix in the mashed beans with the ground turkey. Use the seasonings you like for your burgers. Form patties and broil, pan cook or grill as usual. Serve as a hamburger or eat it without all the bread.
