16 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes or in small balls2 cups red ripe cherry tomatos15 basil leaves, chopped into large dice10 tbs Basalmic Vinegar and oil dressing
Mix mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and diced basil leaves together. Add Basalmic vinegar and oil salad dressing. Serve alone with whole wheat crackers or as a side dish. Serves 6-8. (Calories are calculated for serving 6.)
