Shredded Pork Taco Filling

Ingredients
* *Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast), 3lbs * *Large Onion Raw * *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 1 packet
Directions
Turn slow cooker on High
Put in Pork
Chop onion over the pork
Sprinkle taco seasoning over
Turn to low and put on lid

Cook for at least eight hours

Serve with Mexican rice and/or flour tortillas
