Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
Beef, top sirloin, 32 oz Flour, white, .5 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup Beef bouillon, 2 cube (6 fl oz prepared) Bacon grease, 4 tsp (or canola oil)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slicesGrey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 4 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 4 tsp Dill weed, dried, 1 tbspGarlic, 3 clovesEgg Noodles, enriched, 16 oz (Cooked)
Directions
Cut steak into strips, coat with flour, and brown in oil and garlic. (The bacon grease gives an especially good flavor - not too bad to use since only a small amount) add bouillon cubes and 2 cups of water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add mustard, worcestershire sauce and dill weed and simmer 10 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in sour cream until mixed through. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
