Broccoli-Bacon Salad

Ingredients
1. 1 clove garlic, minced2. 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise3. 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream4. 2 teaspoons cider vinegar5. 1 teaspoon sugar6. 4 cups finely chopped broccoli crowns7. 1 8-ounce can sliced water chestnuts, rinsed and chopped8. 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled9. 3 tablespoons dried cranberries10. Freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
Whisk garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar and sugar in a large bowl. Add broccoli, water chestnuts, bacon, cranberries and pepper; stir to coat with the dressing.

Make ahead, cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day.

    This is one of my favorite Eating Well Recipes love it. But instead of sour cream I used non-fat Greek Yogurt - 7/16/10
