Ingredients
pillsbury butermilk biscuits (refrigerated dough)-from value pack, 224 gram(s) Bob Evans, Bacon, 2 serving Egg, fresh, 4 large Fat Free Milk, 1 cupMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 3 oz (shredded)
Directions
makes 4 pieces of a 9 inch round cake pan
turn oven to 400 degrees
1. cook bacon and crumble into small pieces after cooling
2. spray the cake pan with a non-stick spray
3. split the raw biscuit dough in half and put in the bottom of the cake pan (don't worry if it doesn't look neat, the egg tends to surround the biscuits)
4. mix the eggs, milk,shredded cheese and crumbled bacon in a bowl .
5. pour the mixture into the cake pan and put in the oven for 40 minutes (watch to make sure the edges don't burn)
