Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1/2 lb ground turkey1/4 c. bread crumbs1/4 c. barbeque sauce1/4 c. scallions, chopped1 TBS blue cheese crumbles2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp hot sauce1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Mix hot sauce and barbeque sauce in small bowl. In medium bowl, mix ground turkey, chopped scallions, bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and one TABLESPOON of barbeque sauce mixture. Form turkey mixture into two 1/2" thick patties. Brush tops of patties with barbeque sauce mixture and grill or pan fry with non-stick cooking spray, sauce side down, for 5 minutes. Brush second side with remaining sauce and flip, cooking until done. Serve hot with half a tablespoon of blue cheese sprinkled on top of each burger.
