Zucchini Stew

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground turkey1 quart tomatos2 cups thinly sliced zucchini1 chopped green pepper2 carrots, thinly sliced1 onion, diced1 cup uncooked noodles1 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. cayenne1 tsp. oregano1 15 oz. can tomato sauce1 cup water
Directions
Brown ground turkey. Add all other ingredients and simmer on low for 20 minutes. If desired, can place in casserole, cover with grated cheese and bake at 350˚ until the cheese melts, though this is not counted in the nutrition count.
