Szechuan Fried Rice with Vegetables

Ingredients
1/2 cup broccoli, flowerets separated and stems sliced1/2 cup zucchini, minced1/2 cup frozen peas1 tbsp. olive oil1 small onion, halved and sliced1 small red pepper, cut into thin strips1 tsp garlic, minced1 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce1 tsp chili paste or oil1/2 cup cooked brown rice1/2 cup water2 tbsp toasted sesame seedsChopped fresh cilantro
Directions
In a wok or large heavy skillet, using medium heat, stir fry onion in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add red pepper and garlic and atir fry for 1 minute. Add broccoli, peas, zucchini, water and rice and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender. Add soy sauce and chili paste or oil. Sprinkle sesame seeds and cilantro on top.
