Ingredients
1 cup butter - melted2 large eggs1 cup packed brown sugar2.5 cups flour2 tsps baking powder1 tsp Vanilla extract0.5 tsp saltJam or Preserves of your choice
Directions
Roll dough into small balls and press down in the middle to leave a thumb print. Fill the print with the jam/preserves of your choice. Sugar free is great and makes these cookies very low in sugar. Chunkier jams/preserves tend to work better in these cookies as well. Cook for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes about four dozen cookies.
