Whole Wheat Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients
21/2 cup ripe bananas1/2 cup egg substitue1/2 cup melted butter1 tsp vanilla1 cup whole wheat flour1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour2 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp salt1 cup walnuts, roasted and chopped
Directions
Puree bananas. Add eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla and mix well. In large bowl combine remaining ingredients (exept for nuts) and mix well. Add banana mixture and stir to combine. Fold in nuts. Spoon batter into muffin tins no more than 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 mins. Makes about 12 muffins
