Delicious "Sorbet" (or Homemade Frozen Yogurt)

Ingredients
1 Cup Plain Nonfat Yogurt12 oz. Frozen Fruit (this recipe uses blueberries)2 Tablespoons Sugar4 Tablespoons Water
Directions
Blend all ingredients together and process until smooth. Put in a freezer safe container and allow time to freeze.

Cooking time is only 90 minutes if you want this dish frozen. You can always enjoy after blending. :)
