Delicious and Easy Blueberry Compote

Ingredients
2 cups of blueberries(fresh or frozen)3 tablespoons of water1/4 cup of sugar2 teaspoons of lemon juice
Directions
Mix one cup of berries and the remaining ingredients into a saucepan. Cook at medium heat for about 10 minutes. Then add the remaining blueberries and cook for another 8 minutes.

Wonderful over ice cream or served in whole wheat crepes.
