Ingredients
4 bonless/skinless chicken breasts4 cups sliced mushrooms1 med onion sliced4-5 large cloves of garlic (chopped)2 tbs fat free sour cream1 tbs flour1 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp saltcooking Spray (butter flavor)2 - 3 cups water8 oz cooked pasta (Linguini)
Directions
Spary large skillet with butter flavor cooking spray. combine garlic powder, pepper & salt, then season both sides of the chicken breasts.
Brown both sides of chicken breasts over med-high heat. You are looking for a little crust of the seasonings to form on the outside. This will take
about 10 to 15 mins. (Chicken will not be fully cooked at this point). Next remove chicken from pan and set aside. Add sliced mushrooms, sliced onions and chopped garlic to pan. You may need an additional spray or two of the cooking spray. Reduce heat to med and cook mushrooms and onions until they are tender. About 10 min. Next add about 1 cup water to deglase the pan. Remove about 1/2 cup of liquid from pan and mix it with the flour until completely combined.

Fabulous and easy. The recipe even pleased the non-chicken lover in the house. - 1/9/10
