Easy Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb ground chuck1 cup of quaker quick oats2 tbsp of egg beaters3 tbsp Kraft BBQ sauce8 tbsp (1/2 cup) ketchup1 can chopped green chiles1/4 cup chopped onions1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all together and place in a small baking (bread) pan. Pour a small amount of ketchup over top before baking. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour or until knife comes out clean. Makes 8 servings
