Kettle Corn

Ingredients
Salt, 1.50 tbsp Sunflower Oil (oleic), 0.5 cup Popcorn Kernels, 200 gramsGranulated Sugar, 80 grams
Directions
Pre-heat a big pot on the stove top at medium- high heat.
add oil after one min, add popcorn kernels. Place lid on top

Popcorn will start to pop, Carfully add sugar as soon as a few kernels have popped.

Shake ( constant motion ) pot over heat until all popcorn has popped.. a few minutes

Remove from heat and sprinkle with salt.

I find placing ona cookie sheet and breaking apart the pieces as it cools the best way to prevent burning and clumpy popcorn.
