Pasta with Squash Blossoms

Ingredients

1 tbsp butter6 servings barilla whole wheat pasta4 oz bacon chopped4 cups squash blossoms1 medium onion chopped
Melt butter in a skillet, add onions and salt and sautee 20 minutes until golden.
Remove from skillet and add bacon, sautee until cooked through 15 minutes stirring. Remove bacon from skillet and let rest on a paper towel.
Add squash blossoms to skillet and cook1 minute until wilted.
Cook pasta, mix ingredients and serve with parmesan cheese.
