Ground Beef and Onion Bites

Ground beef, lean, 16 ozBread, 4 slices made into crumbsEgg, 1 largeOnions, raw, 1 large finely choppedParsley, flat Italian is best, 1 cup choppedOregano, ground, 1 tsp or small handful of fresh leavesMonterey or Paremsan Cheese, .5 cup, dicedTobasco sauce, 2 dashes
Finely chop the bread slices, onion, parsley, oregano and cheese in a food processor and dump into a large bowl. Add the ground beef, the egg, hot sauce, salt and pepper and either stir or use your hands to mix well.
Line a large baking dish with parchment paper, wet your hands, and taking a heaping tablespoon at a time, lightly form small patties. Place these touching to cover the bottom of the dish. Bake at 400 F for about 25 minutes. Allow to rest for a few minutes to reabsorb the juices.
