Rooty Tooty Fresh and Fruity Salad (1 cup)

Ingredients
8 oz. tub - Lite Whipped Topping (like Cool Whip Lite)2 cups - Lowfat Cottage Cheese8 oz. can - Crushed Pineapple, drained well4 serving box - Sugar-Free Jello (your choice of flavor....I like Mixed Fruit)1/4 cup - Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
Directions
In medium bowl, combine drained pineapple, Splenda, and jello mix. Mix in cottage cheese. Let sit 30 minutes.

Stir mixture again. Fold in whipped topping. Divide into small cups or bowl. Serve and enjoy!

Makes about 6 - one cup servings.
