Humus Dip - Low Fat!

Ingredients
1 can (15.5 oz) garbanzo beans drained (approx 1-3/4 cups)3 cloves garlic, crushed1/2 cup low fat plain yogurtJuice of one lemonOlive oil to consistency - this recipe estimates 1-1/2 Tbsp.Fresh Chives - 3 Tablespoons or moreSpices: Basil, summer savory, your choice!
Directions
Place beans, crushed garlic, yogurt, lemon juice in blender and pulse to smooth. Pulse in olive oil and spices. This humus will be thicker than the super calorie laden store bought - but holds up well with carrot, celery, and cucumber sticks. It has saved me many times from high fat snacks!
Approximate 9 servings are based on 1/4 cup - based on a final quantity of 2.25 cups of dip when finished blending.
