1 pound beef sirloin, trimmed1 Tbsp of white sugar1 Tbsp of rice wine vinegar3 Tbsp of soy sauce1 minced garlic clove1/2 tsp fresh minced ginger1 minced green onion1 Tbsp of water
Wrap beef in plastic wrap, freeze for one hour or until firm. Slice thinly.
Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl. Then, place the sliced beef in the marinade, and let it stand for an hour. (To make the beef even more tender, marinate it overnight in your refrigerator.) Remove the sliced beef and grill.
