Avacado Summer Salad

Ingredients
AvacadoChickenTomatoLight Ranch Dressing
Directions
1. Cook ckicken as desired (I almost always use the George Foreman Grill)

2. Dice chicken and tomatoes in 1/4 inch pieces and mix together with ranch dressing.

3. Cut Avacado in half - peel and pit - making sure to keep the halves in half.

4. Use the avacado halves as bowls and stuff with the Chicken/Tomato mix.
