Greek Taboule Salad

Ingredients
1 box Near East Taboule Mix Wheat Salad (5.25 oz)1 large tomato (chopped)1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil2 Tbs lemon juice1 C (4 oz) crumbled fet cheese3/4 C peeled, seeded, and chopped cucumber1/4 C chopped fresh basil
Directions
1. In large bowl, combine mix and contents of included spice sack. Stir in 1 C boiling water. Cover; let stand 30 minutes in refrigerator.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill 1 hour or overnight.
