Ingredients
1 T olive oil1 onion diced1 bell pepper diced2.6 lbs Turkey 99% fat free2 cans red kidney beans undrained1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles1 small can tomato sauce2 envelopes chili seasoning mix
Directions
Makes 10 - 1 cup servings
Dice onion and bell pepper and sautee in olive oil until onion is translucent. Add Turkey and sautee until cooked. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
