Ingredients
Lead Ground Sirloin (10% fat max) 55 oz. (3.45 lbs)Onions, 1.25 cups choppedCelery, 3 large stalks, choppedBread, whole wheat, 4 slices, cubed smallEgg Whites, 1 cupGarlic, 6 cloves, choppedKetchup, Heinz, 12 tbsp.Ketchup, Heinz, 4 tbsp.
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 370 degrees.

Chop onions, celery and garlic as small as you want (even in a food processor). Cube up bread as small as you can. Mix all ingredients (except for final 4 oz. of Ketchup) into large mixing bowl. Mix together very, very well.

Place evenly in 9.5" x 13.5" x 2" (3 quart) casserole dish sprayed with Pam (or like product). Cook in oven, uncovered, for 1hour (or until just before done).

Remove from oven and spread/squirt final 4 tbsp. of Ketchup across the top.. Return to oven for additional 15 minutes as desired to brown the Ketchup a little.

Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
