Best Ever Mini Spice cupcakes

1 pkg Spice cake mix dry (do not add eggs or oil)1 large can pumpkin (with or without spices)2 Tablespoons water
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. The batter will be very thick. Spoon into mini cupcake tins (3/4 full) Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes do not over cook. Turn out and cool. Store in airtight container. This recipe should bake about 24 mini cupcakes. These mini cakes will be very moist and yummy. They are also good with a dollop of fat free cool whip on top.

Hello Grandma-Nanny Thanks for the reply, Because you are not using any eggs or oil the calorie count is actually the small amount listed. The pumpkin and water are the only things that you add to the mix.
